Ulquiorra Cifer and Orihime Inoue were together during the Aizen and Hollow Arc for a large amount of time, they got to know well enough that Orihime and Ulquiorra may have began developing feelings for some time now. Just before Ulquiorra's demise, we even saw that she had feelings for him without any words being shared at all.
